Emerging Leader teens have a long-term vision for helping our organization reduce waste and recycle more. As part of our program, these fundamental activities instill a sense of responsible citizenship and connect teens to a variety of issues in their community and planet. Recycling and composting at Concordia Place also usually leads to recycling at home, with teens teaching parents. Through these actions, we are creating the next generation of environmental leaders.
