Sprouting Out!
- Does the politics of food, neighborhood ecology and healthy eating interest you? Our Sprouting Out program combines ecology, business and hands-on learning to nuture and grow your ambition wherever it may take you.
- Sprouting Out is a teen-led initiative started by the Concordia Place Emerging Leader teens in 2010. Sprouting Out's innovative focus is to provide local residents in the Avondale community, access to fresh, sustainable produce through hosting monthly farmers' markets, providing workshops on nutrition and maintaining a community garden.
